Colors of the materials shown in this sheet are purely indicative. The inevitable difference due to digital reproduction cannot be made subject to comparison with the final product. For best consultation, please refer to the decorative samples.

C.O.M.

 CUSTOMER OWN MATERIAL

In addition to the materials selected by us and proposed in this sheet all products can be customized with custom-made finishing colors, or with the covering material provided by the Customer, or with material purchased from us on request by the Customer.

FINISH

We accept the request for custom-made colors decided by the Customer who can indicate the RAL color reference or provide a tinted color, lacquer or paint sample. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for each finish color. The C.O.M. must be approved in advance by us before the order can be processed.

COVER

Covers can be decided by the Customer who can request the purchase or provide us with his own cover. Each material is different from the other and its characteristics may vary depending on the item to be upholstered. It is therefore necessary to take into account the consistency of the upholstery, the texture, the design if to be centered (and the resulting waste), any padding with fire retardant foam or any upholstery with two or more fabrics. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for each color. The C.O.M. must be approved in advance by us before the order can be processed. If the fabric sent by the Customer does not guarantee a perfect covering, we will immediately report the non-feasibility and reserve the right not to proceed with the order.

NOTES

• We reserve the right to refuse C.O.M. (or we will be exempt from liability) in cases where the materials are not suitable due to the shape of the model, weight, width, elasticity, etc.
• We are not responsible for the excess amount of C.O.M. that is sent to us with respect to what is requested in the order.
• We take no responsibility for the C.O.M. fire retardant material owned by the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the regulations and applying the rules in force in their territory.
• Our warranty does not extend to C.O.M. owned by the Customer or to the material purchased from us on request by the Customer.

WARRANTY

 WARRANTY FOR CONFORMITY DEFECTS

We offer a two-year legal warranty on all our products for defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, transport damage, misuse, neglect, abuse, excessive or extraordinary wear. For any problem found in the purchased product, we will respond quickly to resolve the matter.

 WHEN TO USE THE WARRANTY
You can assert the guarantee on our products if they present:
• Production defects, ie do not allow normal use of the same such as breakages or malfunctions;
• Defects of conformity, ie the receipt of an article other than the one agreed upon or the absence of the characteristics seen on our samples, on our catalogs or on our website.

 WHEN THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY
You cannot claim the guarantee if:
• Defects derive from use that does not conform to the type of product;
• Defects derive from careless use of the product, tampering, alterations, cleaning with unsuitable agents, etc.;
• Defects derive from excessive or extraordinary wear and tear of use.

NOTES

 HOW WE WORK
Once the defects have been reported in the manner indicated above, we will verify that they are covered by the guarantee. Depending on the type of defect found, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with a similar one, where possible, always in compliance with current regulations. If the product is no longer in our availability (discontinued), we reserve the right to propose a replacement with another similar good, but of the same type, or the issue of a voucher worth the product at the time of purchase. All repairs or replacements approved by us are free of charge. However, the transport costs for the interventions under warranty on the products will not be incurred.
